Manufacturer: Nakon Medical
Pharmaceutical name: Exemestane
Pack: 1 pack (50 tabs (25 mg))
AROMASIN 25 represents a new generation of medication that inhibits the enzymes responsible for aromatization. Exemestane stands apart from other drugs in the aromatase inhibitor class. AROMASIN is considered superior. While traditional aromatase inhibitors provide only temporary effects, AROMASIN 25 has an irreversible and lasting impact. The use of this drug can suppress estrogens in an athlete's body by 85% or more.
AROMASIN 25 helps prevent the side effects associated with steroids during a steroid cycle, specifically regarding aromatization. It is important to note that the effects of AROMASIN differ significantly from the typical actions of Nolvadex for many athletes. Tamoxifen is known to have no influence on the aromatization process; it merely interacts with cellular estrogen receptors, blocking estrogen from binding to them. Conversely, Exemestane actively inhibits the aromatization process. The structure of AROMASIN closely resembles that of the naturally occurring steroid androstenedione. Exemestane functions by irreversibly binding to the active hormone enzymes, causing them to lose their effectiveness. AROMASIN 25 does not exhibit estrogenic or progestogenic activity; however, it does have mild androgenic properties.
Breast cancer in postmenopausal women (whether natural or induced) that progresses despite antiestrogen therapy, non-steroidal aromatase inhibitors, or progestins.
The recommended dosage for men is 12.5-25 mg/day, while for women, it is 12.5 mg/day.
Side effects of AROMASIN can occur frequently and varying in intensity. For instance, athletes may experience unpleasant effects such as nausea, fatigue, sweating, dizziness, headaches, skin rashes, insomnia, and more.
